## Slicing Notes

  * Lamp off +20:55 (delta=32.3h) TOTAL=416.5h
  * Look at minute tapioca as a replacement for PE beads. Christian will
    have to look at this. It looks good to me, with texture inside the
    tapioca grains.
  * Mostly shard-free. Is this a combo of newly frozen OCT embedding
    material and my applied ice layer on outside of sample.
  * Good sample overall. There were a few areas where multiple rd images
    were taken (success.txt).
  * Still have a couple indentations in the superior portions of the
    left and right lungs, probably from the mold.
