Histopathology Individual Animal Lesion Data (IAD)

This data collection contains individual animal lesion data collected between 1967 and 2016 by the Division of Translational Toxicology (DTT). This data has been curated from multiple legacy and modern sources. Additional data will be added to this dataset as it becomes available.  Tissue name, locator, morphology, modifier, and severity terminologies have been standardized for this dataset using the DTT Data Dictionary that has been reviewed by NIH pathologists.

Test compounds, species, strains, routes, units, and treatment roles have been standardized to the DTT Data Dictionary.

Simple dose-response studies can be identified by the Is Study Dose Response field.
