In Vitro Micronucleus Assay Conclusions

This data collection contains genetox in vitro micronucleus assay data collected by the Division of Translational Toxicology (DTT). The data includes study conclusions as well as individual trial results for each cell type and activation condition. This data has been curated from multiple legacy and modern sources. Additional data will be added to this dataset as it becomes available.

Test compounds and strains have been standardized to the DTT Data Dictionary.

These datasets are being reviewed by subject matter experts and are offered here as preliminary drafts. Final versions may differ depending on reviewer comments.
