DTT Toxicokinetic Studies Data Collection
One moment please while the request is processed...
Toxicokinetic (TK) annotated individual animal data (IAD) and group parameter data from studies conducted by the Division of Translational Toxicology (DTT) from 1987 to present are available from this dataset. The data are collected from animal studies of environmental agents that have potential adverse human health impacts. Links are provided to the original published IAD for plasma and/or tissue concentration versus treatment time and to annotated IAD as well as group TK parameter data available in the Chemical Effects in Biological Systems database. This data collection uses rich standardized metadata, such as test article names, dose, dose frequency, species, strain, route, and modeling methods via a user-friendly interface that facilitates easy data searching, filtering, and downloading to enable easy access to specific study data of interest.
